📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the fleet, including vehicles and drivers.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers for various tasks and deliveries.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle performance.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet maintenance schedules.,Provide support in the resolution of any fleet-related issues or emergencies.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
