As a Deputy Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literate, with experience in using office software
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
