📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire processing division, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and implement new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the processing division.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the processing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale processing operations.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
