📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Manage fuel and other operational costs associated with the fleet.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
