📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Bali.
