📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
