📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports and access logs.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate personnel on best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment.,Participate in security drills and exercises to maintain preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security roles, preferably in a port or high-security environment.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with security equipment and tools, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA license).
