📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes and ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Monitor quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong focus on manufacturing or production.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving quality control processes.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and certifications (ISO, TS 16949, etc.).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

🛠️ Keahlian

Quality control methodologies and tools (Six SigmaLeanetc.).Data analysis and statistical process control.Experience with quality management systems (QMS).Knowledge of quality control software and systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Fluency in English is a plus.
