📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Manage store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations with overall business goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other industry-related activities.
