📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Use SAP ERP to manage logistics processes and track shipments.
• Analyze logistics data using Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and effective delivery processes.
• Assist in the development of training programs for warehouse and logistics staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and experience with logistics data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
