📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate shipping and maritime operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee the preparation and documentation of shipping orders, including customs clearance and compliance with international regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Track and manage freight costs to ensure compliance with budget constraints.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of shipping processes to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in shipping and maritime operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with shipping software and logistics management systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
