Bimatekno Karyatama Konsultan is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing our accounts payable activities. This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in accounts payable processing, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify invoices and payment requests from vendors and suppliers.,Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.,Ensure timely payment of invoices and monitor payment deadlines.,Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.,Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports.,Assist in the preparation of annual accounts payable audits.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the finance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable processing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Experience with accounts payable processes and procedures.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).
