Hub Local Pratama is looking for an Assistant HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. If you are passionate about HR and have a strong desire to learn and grow, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages and orientation materials.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits information, and managing HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide support to the HR team in addressing employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
