📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
