📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Train and mentor retail staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and loss prevention.
• Assist in merchandising activities, such as display setups, promotions, and seasonal planning.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with retail software such as SAP Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
