📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for the company.,Manage the company's financial records and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
