In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Inspect all properties regularly to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any property issues that may arise.,Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to ensure they are up to date with our cleaning standards and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of all cleaning activities and inspections.,Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations.,Manage the housekeeping budget and ensure that all expenses are within the approved limits.,Communicate effectively with property managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.,Proven experience in overseeing and managing a team of housekeeping staff.,Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property inspections.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
