📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in designing and conducting employee engagement surveys using BambooHR and Workday.
• Support the organization of team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Help analyze survey data and provide insights to the HR team.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement engagement programs.
• Maintain and update employee engagement records and reports.
• Assist in the coordination of employee feedback sessions and workshops.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software, preferably BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
