📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
