📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Install, configure, and update software applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Provide technical support to employees.,Ensure the security of the company's IT systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
