In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our company's banquet events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events, including menu selection, venue arrangements, and staffing.,Oversee the preparation and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and according to schedule.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain and update banquet menus, considering customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for events.,Monitor and report on event performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of event planning and management, including menu development and staff coordination.,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as relevant industry standards.,Experience with event management software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with good English communication skills.
