Pro Smart Unggul is seeking an experienced Lead Chef to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Monitor food costs and profitability.,Participate in culinary events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with culinary software and technology.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
