Online Store Administrator

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery, using our in-house system, Shopify, and third-party logistics partners. Based in Surabaya, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery.
• Use Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to process and track orders.
• Work with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
