📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
