📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote Sky Nest Jaya as an attractive workplace.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
