📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Assist with IT projects and upgrades.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and documentation to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
