📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations,Manage inventory and procurement processes,Oversee the production schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement,Prepare and maintain operational reports for management,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
