📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
