📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and promptly.,Process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter at all times.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.,Promote company products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
