📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.,Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and product launches.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.,Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
