📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain volunteers and partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local organizations, businesses, and government entities.,Organize and coordinate volunteer programs and events to support our healthcare initiatives.,Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.,Prepare and present reports on volunteer and partnership activities to the management team.,Assist in the development and execution of fundraising campaigns to support our co-operative's goals.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our volunteer and partnership programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing volunteer and partnership activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in volunteer management, partnership development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing volunteer and partnership programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for volunteer and partnership activities in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
