The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Operations Leader to join our team in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. In this 1-year contract role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance and operations functions of our AI and Digital Finance initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the finance and operations functions for AI and Digital Finance initiatives.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the growth and success of the initiatives.,Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial challenges and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial and operational processes to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and operations leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
