📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting collection activities to recover outstanding debts from clients.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.,Communicating effectively with clients to negotiate payment arrangements.,Following up on collection activities to ensure timely resolution.,Providing regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of collection strategies.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with collection software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to client locations as required.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
