📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and API references.,Ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and accurate.,Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain product brochures, white papers, and other marketing materials.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Experience with technical documentation tools, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
