📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of bartenders to ensure high standards of service and beverage craftsmanship.
• Develop and execute a premium cocktail and beverage menu, collaborating with the executive chef and beverage director.
• Train and develop bartenders to enhance their skills and knowledge in mixology.
• Manage inventory and ensure seamless operations within the beverage program.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and beverage service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and beverage areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a proven track record in leading beverage teams.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, with the ability to create innovative and high-quality cocktails.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using beverage management software such as POS systems and inventory tracking tools.
