📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and optimize the logistics and transport operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing overall operational performance.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of operations, including production data, inventory levels, and transport schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Provide support to the operations manager in planning, organizing, and controlling the day-to-day activities of the operations department.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
