📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers, addressing their queries and issues related to Stripe's products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and support activities, maintaining a high standard of documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer support and product operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and quick response times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support tools and processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Willingness to work on a weekend shift.
