📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned locations to promote and sell CTB ERA products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm for travel and working in a dynamic environment.
