You'll work closely with our team to manage leasing agreements, coordinate maintenance and upgrades, and ensure our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end leasing operations, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewal processes.
• Manage facilities management activities, including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and quality assurance.
• Lead project management for facility upgrades, renovations, and new developments.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Monitor property performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate and facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, facilities management, or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing medical facilities or similar high-value properties.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi or BuildingIQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
