📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and edit short-form video content for social media, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, to promote our products and brand.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas that align with our brand’s values and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that leverage live streaming and video content.
• Analyze audience engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance and reach.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to expand our brand’s reach and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or digital content creator, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, with a proven track record of growing engagement and reach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences in a live setting.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
