📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create precise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to develop detailed construction documents.
• Prepare and maintain project files, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and gather information to support design development.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and software updates.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings.
• Support project coordination and communication with clients and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience in 3D modeling a plus.
