📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments using QuickBooks or SAP.
• Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, working with the sales team to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts receivable reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the finance team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
